ABOUT KWAREC
The Kwara Real Estate Conference (KWAREC) 2025 is the first of its kind in Kwara State and is set to be an impactful gathering aimed at discussing innovative strategies and insights in the real estate sector.
The Conference will cover a wide range of topics including expanding access to affordable housing, mixed use development, recreational real estate, real estate investment and financing, and navigating legal considerations and advocacy in the real estate sector. It will also feature keynote presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
This year’s conference tagged, “Aspiring to Elevate (ATE)” emphasizes the commitment to improvement and excellence within the industry.
The following are the key objectives of the conference:
To explore the four critical components of real estate: Purpose, Product, People and Process.
To provide a platform for industry professionals to network, share experiences, educate and enlighten, in line with 21st century and international best practices.
To inspire attendees with keynote speeches and panel discussions centered around the latest trends and developments in real estate.
CONFERENCE OVERVIEW
The Kwara Real Estate Conference (KWAREC) 2025 is a premier real estate event endorsed by the Kwara State Government, Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Kwara State Chapter and several other organizations; and amongst other highlights, the event aims to convene stakeholders in the real estate sector, including developers, investors, realtors, practitioners, professionals, policymakers, industry experts and leaders.
The goal of the conference is to foster dialogue, innovation, and collaboration, creating actionable solutions for the challenges facing the real estate industry in Kwara State while exploring emerging opportunities.

To highlight the 4 Ps of real estate – Purpose, Product, People, and Process; with emphasis on real estate investment and recreational real estate as one of the main drivers for progressive and sustainable socio-economic developments.

To drive impact in Kwara’s real estate industry by making the state a pacesetter in real estate investment and the recreational real estate sector through actionable solutions and collaborations.
