DR. AZEEZ ADIGUN

Dr. Azeez Adigun (CEO, Jibzit Properties Ltd): Dr. Azeez Adigun is a Consultant Psychiatrist with training both in in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. He had his first degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom and an MSc. from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom where he also serves as an honourary lecturer. He has also earned several diplomas and certifications from various institutions and organisations.

Fondly called “Dr Azo”, a medic with real passion for real estate, having acquired great heights and success in the medical profession, and risen to the rank of Consultant Psychiatrist, he then decided to pursue his life-long dream, bringing to bear his aptitude, enthusiasm and tenacity to the Nigerian real estate scene and entrepreneurship.

Dr Adigun is the founder and Chief Executive Officer, Jibzit Properties limited, a company that specialises in innovative and world class real estate solutions, with the goal to transform the real estate landscape in Nigeria and the determination to bridge the housing gap and make property ownership accessible not only to Nigerians in Nigeria but also for the Diasporans. Dr Adigun has over two decades of experience in real estate in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, the United States and several other countries around the world; with multi-million Dollar projects and investments. Their current portfolio of projects includes residential, commercial, land banking, real estate investment and management.

Dr Adigun is also the founder of The Adigun Foundation, a charity organisation that focuses on addressing critical challenges in Nigeria through generous donations, initiatives and projects. Dr Adigun is an avid family man, a sports lover, enjoys charitable activities, keeping fit and globe-trotting adventures.

Dr. Adigun is a member of several professional associations both in Nigeria and overseas, including the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and the Royal College of Psychiatrist, United Kingdom. He has received several awards of excellence both in Nigeria and abroad.

Dr. Segun Ogunsola

Dr Segun Ogunsola (Hon. Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Kwara State): Dr Ogunsola is the Kwara State Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development and holds a PhD from Nottingham Trent University, UK focusing on social sustainability and best practices and guidelines for urban development. In 2024, under the leadership of His Excellency, Executive Governor of Kwara, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, he oversaw the pre-construction activities of acquisition and compensation of the lands for the commencement of the construction of the Ilorin Smart City project.

Olaide Agboola

Olaide Agboola (CEO, Purple Group): also known as Laide, is the co-founder and CEO of Purple Group, which includes PurpleMaryland and PurpleLekki. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, asset management, investment banking, and real estate. Before Purple, he held executive roles at Stanbic IBTC and other financial institutions. Laide has a strong background in diversity, inclusion, and talent development. He holds advanced degrees in engineering and finance from the University of Sheffield and Imperial College Business School. Laide is known for his client-centric approach and inspirational leadership.

Lukman Shobowale

Lukman Shobowale (Co-founder, Dukiya Investments): Lukman is a co-founder of Dukiya Investments Limited, a real estate development and construction firm in Lagos. He also serves as the head of Business Development at the company. Lukman is known for his expertise in real estate, business, writing, and leadership. He advocates for using real estate to build wealth for future generations. Lukman holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and International Studies from the University of Ilorin and an MBA from Ajayi Crowther University. He has completed executive programs at Lagos Business School, Rome Business School, and London Business School. Lukman won the 2023 Entrepreneur Awards by The Future Awards Africa.

Bayo Lawal

Bayo Lawal (Co-founder, Dukiya Investments): Babatunde Bayo Lawal, known as a ‘dream catcher’ in real estate, is a co-founder of Dukiya Investments, a real estate construction and development company in Lagos. With over 7 years of experience, he helps investors make smart decisions with high ROI. Bayo holds degrees from Kwara State University, Lagos Business School, and an MBA from Ajayi Crowther University. He recently completed the International Business program at Rome Business School. Bayo is skilled in strategy, human capacity development, and project management, mentoring over 300 young professionals and inspiring excellence beyond global standards.

Lukman holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from University of Ilorin where he graduated in 2008. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. Upon qualification, he joined the law firm of Alex Izinyon (SAN) & Co., Abuja, Nigeria as an associate. At Alex Izinyon (SAN) & Co., he was involved in series of high profile litigation in Nigeria, commercial arbitration and legal advisory. Following an eventful stay at Alex Izinyon (SAN) & Co., he started Lukman O. Fagbemi & Co in January 2020 where he is the Principal Counsel till date.

Lukman possesses broad experience in the firm’s dispute and commercial practice areas. He has successfully represented several individual, multinational and local companies in complex arbitration and litigation proceedings across hierarchy of national courts and tribunal arising from oil and gas, insolvency and debt recovery, Intellectual property, immigration and labour, electoral disputes, taxation and crimes.

He acts as external solicitor to high profile individuals, commercial and merchant banks, thriving companies, political parties, government agencies and corporations such as Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) and Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). He engages with key regulators and advices on company formation, regulatory and compliance issues.

Lukman is versed in several areas of law including banking, finance, insurance, criminal defense, corporate commercials, insolvency and corporate restructuring, oil and gas and taxation while his significant activity is in dispute resolution, oil and gas and insolvency practice areas. In 2022, he was conferred with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) an equivalent of the King’s Counsel (KC) in England by the Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee.

He is a member of several professional bodies including Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Association of Professional Negotiator and Mediator, Association of International Petroleum Negotiators. He holds a diploma in International Arbitration from the Africa Arbitration Academy. He is a member of the London Court of International Arbitration. Lukman demonstrates detailed appreciation of clients’ enterprises and issues.

Outside legal practice, learned silk is a football lover. He enjoys playing football in his leisure.

Dr Ibukun Adebayo

Dr Ibukun Adebayo (Founder, Rock Realty Limited & Owner, Today’s Bukka): Dr. Ibukun Adebayo is a successful entrepreneur with businesses in real estate, hospitality, and the medical fields. Before starting her own businesses, she had a strong career in real estate and finance, working in senior roles. She was a Private Wealth Funds Manager at Chapelhill Denham Management and also led the Real Estate Department at The Infrastructure Bank PLC, where she played a key role in major infrastructure projects in Nigeria.

In 2018, Dr. Adebayo founded Rock Realty Limited, a company that focuses on middle-income housing development, mortgage advice, and corporate consulting. The company is currently working on projects with over 300 housing units and is leading the Diaspora Real Estate initiative with the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM). She has received several awards for her innovative work in middle-income real estate, including the Guardian Newspaper top 100 Influential Women Start-up Businesses in Nigeria. Dr. Adebayo is also the owner of Today’s Bukka, a popular 24-hour African restaurant in Abuja. Together, her businesses employ over 200 direct staff and more than 120 indirect workers.

Often called “IBK,” Dr. Adebayo earned her first degree in Medicine and Surgery and she has earned certificates in Disruptive Strategy and Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School. She is currently studying for her MBA at Edinburgh Business School and is the author of the book I Want My Home: An Easy Guide to Home Ownership for Middle-Income Earners. Passionate about helping young entrepreneurs, she runs the Thrive by Design initiative, which supports young women in building successful businesses.

Muhammad Tahir Oloyede, PhD

Muhammad Tahir Oloyede, PhD (Associate Professor, University of Ilorin): is an Associate Professor and Head Department of Information Technology, University of Ilorin. He is also Deputy Director Laboratory to the Product Centre, University of Ilorin. He is a member of various professional bodies including NSE, COREN, IITPSA, and IEEE. His research interests include the application of machine learning, agentic AI, cybersecurity, and software engineering. He also has interest in the application of Information Technology on Real Estate processes.

Dr Fasilat Olajumoke Rafiu

Dr Fasilat Olajumoke Rafiu (Pioneer Coordinator, Dept of Geography and Remote Sensing,  Kwara State University): Dr. Fasilat Olajumoke Rafiu is a prominent academic and researcher based at Kwara State University, Malete. She specializes in Environmental Management and Toxicology, with a keen interest in biogeography, climate change, food security, and environmental sustainability. Dr. Rafiu has presented her research at various international conferences, including the U6+ Consortium International Conference in South Africa. Her work has been widely cited, particularly in areas such as soil fertility, urbanization’s impact on food availability, and climate change adaptation.

Dr. Tunde Salawu

Dr. Tunde Salawu (CEO, Iponrin Farms): Dr. Mustapha Tunde Salawu is a renowned Animal Nutrition Consultant who started his career as a young lecturer at the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and the School of Agriculture (now Federal College of Agriculture, Akure) in Agroclimatology and Animal Science. Dr. Salawu has an MSc and a PhD from University of Aberdeen, Scotland, which he completed under a UK scholarship. 

He has been managing the world’s largest cattle farm, pioneering cattle fattening innovations and livestock well-being for ranches and animal farms across Europe, America, and Asia. Recently, Dr. Salawu transitioned into crop farming, investing in Nigeria’s cassava sector, and commissioned Iponrin farm, a multi-million-dollar, state-of-the-art garri and allied products factory near Ilorin in Kwara State, his hometown.

Barrister Raymond Ijeomah

Barrister Raymond Ijeomah (CEO, Fortreal Rei Ltd): Raymond Ijeomah is the Founder and CEO of Fortreal Rei Ltd as well as the Lead Facilitator of the Fortreal Real Estate Academy.

Dr. Omotayo Mulikat Kash-Oladosu

Dr. Omotayo Mulikat Kash-Oladosu (Director, Teekash Investments Limited/Director, Igbomina Descendants Association): Dr. Omotayo Mulikat Kash-Oladosu, from Oke-Apa Compound, Omu-Aran, Kwara State, completed her primary education at Muslim Community School, Omu-Aran, and Baboko Community School, Ilorin. She graduated from Government Girls Secondary School Oko-Erin in 1988 and obtained her MBBS degree from Ahmadu Bello University in 2002. After working with Lagos State Health Management Board, she relocated to the UK in 2006 and currently serves as a Speciality Paediatric Registrar with the NHS. She’s been a member of the Igbomina Descendant Association for 17 years, leading as President from 2018 to 2022. She has spearheaded several community projects, including CBT centres in Igbomina land. Dr. Omotayo is also Vice President of Unique Ladies Club and Chairperson of KWASANG, UK. She’s married to Mr. Kashimawo David’s Oladosu, and they have three children.

Engr. Fola Oyedeji

Fola Oyedeji is a seasoned engineer and real estate developer with close to a decade of experience. He has facilitated real estate investments for over 1000 individuals locally and internationally, contributing to his vision of making affordable, top-quality real estate accessible to people across Nigeria and in diaspora.

As the Founder and Group Managing Director of Experience Vision Creations (EVC), Fola specializes in innovative real estate solutions. He has developed key operational initiatives, driving substantial business growth and reducing the housing deficit in Africa. Under his leadership, EVC has successfully designed and developed prominent real estate projects, expanding into Ibadan,Ogun and recently Lagos state.

Fola’s prowess in recommending company products and services to clients secured over $2million in sales revenue in 2024. Through his leadership and dedication, EVC has received numerous accolades, including the Housing Hero award in Ilorin,The Trailblazer of the Year for 2024 as he also makes the list of Power Brokers in Kwara for the Year 2024 by Kwarapedia.

Fola holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Ilorin and has completed courses in management and corporate strategy at Lagos Business School. He is a member of several professional associations, including the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Nigerian Society of Engineers, Rotary International, the Forbes BLK community and the National Association of Technologists in Engineering.

Maryam Mopelola Shuaib (CEO, ROL Realty): A Visionary Leader, Real Estate Innovator and a Marketing Expert.
